Our Chief Research Officer has over 16 years of experience in government reform, both in the United States and Armenia. He is currently an Advisor at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, where he plays a crucial role in formulating strategies and overseeing the implementation of digital transformation projects. With a solid public policy, foreign policy, and quality systems management background, Verej has a proven track record of driving innovative programs and fostering scientific and technological advancement. He is fluent in Farsi and possesses deep expertise in Middle Eastern affairs, particularly Iran's nuclear policy. As a co-founder and Chief Research Officer, Verej's analytical skills, strategic vision, and leadership abilities are invaluable assets to our organization.

Our Vice President of Donor Relations is a seasoned professional with over six years of dedicated experience in fundraising and nonprofit development. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive financial sustainability for organizations by fostering strong donor relationships and implementing effective fundraising strategies.

In 2022, Tatevik took a significant step in her career journey by founding an organization to empower nonprofits to achieve financial stability. Through this venture, she has provided invaluable support to various organizations, aiding them in securing vital funds for their respective causes and enhancing their fundraising capabilities.

The following year, Tatevik was selected as the executive director of IMAST, a pioneering fundraising platform supporting Armenian nonprofits. As part of the core team recruited by the founder, she played a pivotal role in the platform's launch and continues to contribute her expertise as the executive board secretary.

Tatevik's passion for philanthropy and exceptional skills in proposal development, donor communication, and relationship management have positioned her as a respected leader in the nonprofit sector. Her dedication to driving positive change and fostering financial sustainability makes her a valuable asset to any organization fortunate to collaborate with her.

Our VP of legal strategy, Sona, boasts an impressive academic portfolio, holding an LL.B. degree from the French University in Armenia. She will continue her journey in international law at the University of Amsterdam while contributing to advancing human rights and democracy.

Throughout her academic journey, Sona has gained valuable experience through internships in the private and public sectors across Armenia and France. Presently, she is developing her skills as a Case Manager at a law firm specializing in Lemon Law and Dealer Fraud cases.

Sona's linguistic proficiency is remarkable, with fluency in Armenian, English, Russian, and French and intermediate skills in Spanish, Dutch, and Turkish. Her diverse skill set and international experience make her a vital asset to our Nexus Intellect Research NGO team.
